The S-line 656 CSM has all the features of the 656 CS Reel but with the added feature of an adjustable magnetic braking system. The system is adjustable by a chrome knob on the left side plate and can be adjusted before or during the cast.

i have a 656CSM on a cast Pro 11' 2-5 oz. rod and it is my main rod for sea mullet and pompano. It will throw 3 oz. and a couple of sand fleas a long way. I have surprised people who didn't think a levelwind reel could cast as far as this combination does.

This was my second Akios reel from these guys. Great service. My Dad loves his CSM and I love my Tourno 666 and Shuttle 656. These reels will fly with awesome mags.
