30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from this site may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange providing the products are in new unused condition. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Return Instructions
Place item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original receipt/invoice.

For your protection, we recommend returns be sent via trackable method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority. Please insure return item at value when shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY
All Cast Pro Series rods and other merchandise are shipped through FED-EX or USPS. Orders will normally ship within 2-3 business days unless back ordered. If back ordered estimated shipping date will be provided. Shipping charges are non refundable unless item was shipped to you in error.
PRIVACY STATEMENET
We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Cast Pro Series Warranty
Carolina Cast Pro will repair or replace any Cast Pro Series rod or blank which is defective in workmanship or materials for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase by the original consumer. The decision to repair or replace will be at the option and sole discretion of Carolina Cast Pro. The warranty will be VOID if the rod/blank is found to be damaged due to alterations, accidents, abuse (including casting weights in excess of rod design rating) or normal wear. Carolina Cast Pro will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not include rods that are used commercially. For custom built rods using Cast Pro Series blanks, this warranty ONLY covers blank replacement and does NOT cover the labor or materials of the custom build.
This warranty gives you specific rights which vary from state to state.
Original consumer should ship complete rod, postage prepaid and insured to
